ABSTRACT Kholid Abdullah (41183402160088) The Effect of Motivation and Career Development on Job Satisfaction Employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Bekasi City. XIII + 63 pages + 21 tables + 2 pictures + 4 diagrams + 14 attachments. Keywords: Motivation, Career Development, Job Satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of motivation and career development on job satisfaction among employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Bekasi City. The population in this study are permanent employees at PT PLN (Persero) Bekasi City. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The data used was obtained from a questionnaire given to employees of PT PLN (Persero) Bekasi City, a total of 75 respondents. For data analysis using statistical tests from calculations using multiple linear regression analysis which is calculated using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it simultaneously shows that the variables of motivation and career development have a positive and significant influence on Job Satisfaction in Employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Bekasi City. Partially shows that the variables of motivation and career development each have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Bekasi City.
