Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of plan, do, check and action on company performance at PT Neekoi Wisata. The population in this study are operational employees who work at PT Neekoi Wisata.
This research uses quantitative methods. The data used was obtained from questionnaires and sampling of 32 respondents. For data analysis using statistical tests and calculations using the classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis which is calculated using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program.
The results of the research and discussion, namely the results of the calculations are proven from the t count for the constant (-3.429) with a significant level of 0.002 = 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted (significance), t calculates the plan variable (4.571) with a significant level of 0.000 < ? = 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Variable do (5.801) with a significant level of 0.000 = 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Check variable (3.046) with a significant level of 0.005 < ? = 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Action variable (-2.370) with a significant level of 0.025 < ? = 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The influence of plan, do, check and action simultaneously influences company performance at PT Neekoi Wisata by 95.8% while the remaining 4.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Thus, PT Neekoi Wisata must pay more attention to the performance of employees in the operational division so that the implementation of the ISO 9001: 2015 system is carried out properly and all employees are aware of the ISO system. So with that the performance of operational employees in the company has improved even more after the implementation of the ISO 9001: 2015 system.
