Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of plan, do, check and action on company performance at PT Neekoi Wisata. The population in this study are operational employees who work at PT Neekoi Wisata. This research uses quantitative methods. The data used was obtained from questionnaires and sampling of 32 respondents. For data analysis using statistical tests and calculations using the classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis which is calculated using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. The results of the research and discussion, namely the results of the calculations are proven from the t count for the constant (-3.429) with a significant level of 0.002
