Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of trust in superiors and Person organization fit on Organizational citizenship behavior. This research uses quantitative methods with a research design using correlational research using populations. The data collection method uses a psychological scale, trust in superiors, Person organization fit and Organizational citizenship behavior uses a Likert scale. Based on the results of Rank Spearman's correlation, it was found that there is a significant relationship between trust in superiors and Organizational citizenship behavior, there is a significant relationship between Person organization fit and Organizational citizenship behavior, and there is a jointly significant effect of trust in superiors and person organization fit on Organizational citizenship behavior. Trust in superiors and person organization fit contributed to organizational citizenship behavior by 23.6%, while 76.4% were influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
