Abstract :
This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence, self-efficacy and quarter life crises in early adulthood in salting. This research uses quantitative research design using correlation research. The subjects in this study were 110 early adults in Pengasinan. This study uses an emotional intelligence scale with a reliability value of 0.960. The self-efficacy scale with a reliability value of 0.957 and the quarter-life crisis scale with a reliability value of 0.953. The data analysis technique uses pearson product moment correlation and multiple linear regression. This study found that there was a negative relationship between emotional intelligence and quarter life crises and self-efficacy with quarter life crises. The results of multiple linear regression show that emotional intelligence and self-efficacy contribute 47.9% to quarter life crises in early adulthood in Pengasinan.
