Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of work Meaning and occupational self efficacy on work engagement. This research is a quantitative study using a population sample fount in PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk with 52 employees. Data collection techniques using interview and questionnaires. Data techniques test using rank spearmen and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the corellation analysis showed a positive relationship between the variables work Meaning and work engagement with a correlation coefficient (r) of r = 0,418 and was declared significant with p = 0,002 (p<0,05). Thare is a positive relation between the occupational self efficacy and work engagement variables with the results of a correlation coefficient (r) of r= 0.733 and is stated to be significant with p = 0,000 (p<0,05), and shows the effect of the work meaning variable 0,733 (p>0,05) and Occupational Self Efficacy variable 0,853 (p>0,05). The R square value obtained is 0,537, meaning that 53,7% of Work Engagement is influenced by this factor while 46,3% is influenced by other factor.
