Abstract :
Adhi Ferry Rachman. 411821911150083. STRATEGI GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DALAM MENERAPKAN REWARD AND PUNISHMENT UNTUK MEMBENTUK AKHLAK SISWA (Studi Deskriptif Naturalistik di SMKN 5 Bekasi). Program studi Pendidikan Agama Islam, Fakultas Agama Islam. Universitas Islam ?45? Bekasi. 1443 H/ 202M. 67 halaman + 16 halaman lampiran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan reward and punishment di SMK Negeri 5 Kota Bekasi. Program ini merupakan strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam yang didukung juga oleh guru-guru lainnya, terutama kepala sekolah dan wakil-wakilnya. Oleh karena itu penulis tertarik untuk mengadakan penelitian di SMK Negeri 5 Kota Bekasi tentang bagaimana strategi penerapan reward and punishment untuk meningkatkan atau membentuk akhlak siswa jauh lebih baik, serta faktor apa sajakah yang mendukung dan menghambat penerapan reward and punishment tersebut. Untuk menjawab pertanyaan diatas, penulis menggunakan metode Kualitatif Deskriptif yang memiliki karakteristik alami sebagai sumber data langsung, sedangkan teknik yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun data-data bersumber dari: Wakil Kepala Sekolh, guru bidang studi PAI dan siswa SMKN Negeri 5 Kota Bekasi. Dari hasil wawancara dan observasi, maka penulis mengungakapkan temuan penelitian penerapan reward and punishment yang dilakukan selama pembelajaran online maupun offline, di dalam kelas ataupun luar kelas setiap hari Senin sapai dengan Jum?at. This study aims to describe the application of reward and punishment in SMK Negeri 5 Kota Bekasi. This Program is a strategy a teacher in Islamic Religious Education, which is supported also by other teachers, especially the head of the school and its representatives. Therefore, the authors are interested to conduct research in SMK Negeri 5 Kota Bekasi about how the strategy implementation of reward and punishment to increase or forming the morals of the students much better, as well as what factors are there that support and hinder the implementation of reward and punishment such. To answer the question above, the author uses the Descriptive Qualitative method which has the natural characteristics as a source of data, while the techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. As for the data sourced from: Deputy Head of the Sekolh, teacher in the field of the study of PAI and the students of SMK Negeri 5 Kota Bekasi. From the results of interviews and observations, the authors mengungakapkan the findings of the research on the application of reward and punishment that is carried out over online learning and offline, in class or outside of class every Monday together with the Friday.
