ABSTRACT

PJOK learning model at the Alam Natur Islam Elementary School Bekasi. Thesis. Faculty of
Teacher Training and Education. Islamic University "45" Bekasi.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the center-based PJOK
learning model at the Alam Natur Islam Elementary School in Bekasi. This study uses a
qualitative method with a case study approach involving three women research informants.
The results of this study indicate that center-based PJOK learning has an influence and is
effective on children's growth and development in accordance with the objectives of education
and learning at SANI in particular. This is because in each center-based PJOK learning process
the focus is on 3 aspects, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor children. In the center?based PJOK learning process, there are 3 stages of providing a foothold from the PJOK teacher
to students, namely; 1) the footing before the activity (opening, circle time, and warm-up). 2)
foothold during activities (assistance and evaluation). 3) the footing after the activity (cooling,
recalling, and closing).
Based on the results of the research obtained, it is recommended for elementary schools
that will use the center-based PJOK learning model to be carried out optimally and for further
researchers it is recommended to use quantitative methods so that the data generated can be
maximized.
