Abstract :
Football is a game sport that is played in teams and each team has 11
players and includes 1 goalkeeper. Football is played in 2 halves of the game and
has a time of 45 minutes. Football is a game that emerged thousands of years ago.
Football is very beneficial for health and football is also in great demand by people
in the world. Passing is a basic technique that is very important in soccer, because
it requires speed, power and accuracy. Passing practice for the age category of 13-
15 years is still very limited, this is supported by observations and interviews
conducted by researchers at the Putra Citra Muda soccer school. The purpose of this
study was to develop a method of soccer passing practice with a combination of
passing for ages 13-15 years
In this study, one group pretest-posttest experimental method was used
with a sample of 20 SSB students aged 13-15 years. Data collection using a passing
test. Based on the results obtained before the passing exercise, the minimum results
were 3 and the maximum results were 7 with an average value of 4.3. And after
passing practice, the results obtained at least 5 and a maximum of 9 with an average
value of 6.7.
In this study using the passing test and T-test. from the test it can be said
that there is a significant effect based on the results of the pretest and posttest
passing tests using the observation sheet. It is known that students' knowledge and
skills increase after being given the material.
It can be concluded that this combination passing exercise can be one of the
effective exercises in increasing knowledge. Useful for SSB students as well as
trainers.
