ABSTRACT
The focus of this study is the change management strategy in improving performance at Islamic Green School Elementary Schools in Bekasi City, how are the obstacles that occur during the process of implementing change management strategies in improving teacher performance at Islamic Green School Elementary Schools. Bekasi City Green School. The purpose of this study is to explain change management strategies in improving teacher, mentioning the constraints of change management strategies in improving teacher performance at describing how to overcome changes management strategy constraints in improving teacher performance in elementary schools. Islamic Green School Bekasi City.
The theoretical studies used to analyze the results of this study are strategy, Change Management and Teacher Perfomance and Change Management Strategies in Improving Teacher Perfomance. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach using data collection techniques with the stages of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research procedure is planning, collecting data, describing, analyzing, and concluding.
The results of the study, Change Management Strategies in Improving Teacher Perfomance at Islamic Green School elementary Schools with Change management strategies in several fields, namely decision making, curriculum development, students, facilities, educators, public relations finance and inclusion through increasing discipline, providing motivation, exemplary, conducting supervision and evaluation in the form of supervision. Constraints thar occur in the change management strategy in improving teacher performance at Islamic Green School Elementary School, a small number of teachers are late to school, some fresh graduate teachers, are not motivated in improving performance, do not respond to the example of leadership and supervision at Islamic Green School Elementary School. I time a year, lack of school infrastructure, supervisors have less role in coaching. Ways to overcome obstacles in improving teacher performance at Islamic Green School Elementary School in Bekasi City are to increase discipline, provide motivation in developing professionalism through trainings, principals and seniorteachers senior supervise once a quarter and coordinate with related parties to complete learning infrastructure.
