Abstract :
Digital Functions in Management at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Yasiska, Pamulang District, South Tangerang City Jamhari Master of Islamic Education Management Unisma Bekasi dirgahari.dh@gmail.com This study aims to determine the digital-based madrasa management system in Indonesia, the implementation of digital-based madrasa management at MTs Yasiska, Pamulang District, South Tangerang City. So that it is understood the concept and implementation of madrasa management, Finding obstacles and solutions for digital-based madrasa management at MTs Yasiska, Pamulang District, South Tangerang City. This research is a qualitative research that uses a managerial approach. Sources of data, namely primary data sourced from school principals, teachers, operators, students. Meanwhile, secondary data were taken from documents related to the research. The instrument used in collecting data is the researcher himself whose function is to determine and select informants as data sources, analyze data, interpret data, and the instruments in collecting data are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that MTs Yasiska Pamulang District was already digital-based, one of the services for educators and education staff by empowering the SIMPATIKA application (Educator Information System and Education Personnel of the Ministry of Religion), an e-learning application used during the covid period, both teachers and students.
