The parents empowerment become the essential key in the early childhood education program, in which involve four major role, such as financial, infrastructure, human resources, and also morale asset. Those role will require intense two-way communication between school and parents, parents? involvement in any school program, and school committee empowerment, lead to the collaboration from all stakeholder. In particular, this research wants to highlight the parent?s empowerment in PAUD Darul Ulum, Kampung Manggah, Kabupaten Bekasi, in mapping the opportunity and obstacle with its solution. The concept of parent?s empowerment is used as a conceptual framework for conducting the analysis. By employing naturalistic qualitative methods, this study explores and interprets various primary data sources relevant to the research topic. It conducted by deep interview with the school foundation, teacher, and parents. This study reached the conclusion that the empowerment program should be constructed systematically, which require stakeholder collaboration in every stages, start with planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluation. Thus, the implication of the study stakeholder collaboration in empowerment program will bring positive impact to elevate the effectiveness of school management
