Abstract :
The greater the financing, the greater the risks faced by Islamic banking. Thus, BUS and UUS must be able to carry out risk management and mitigation properly in order to anticipate the occurrence of risks that can result in NPF, because financing risk will affect the liquidity level of Islamic banking.
The purposes of this study are to: 1) find out the micro financing products at Bank Syariah Indonesia Bekasi Branch Office, 2) find out the factors that influence non-performing financing on the iB Micro KUR product at Bank Syariah Indonesia Bekasi Branch Office, 3) find out what methods are used Bank Syariah Indonesia in handling non-performing financing in the KUR Micro iB product at the Bekasi Branch Office, 4) analyzing the handling of non-performing financing in the KUR Micro Ib product at Bank Syariah Indonesia at the Bekasi Branch Office.
This research method is a qualitative research using descriptive method. Descriptive method is a method in examining the status of human groups, an object, a set of conditions, a system of thought or a class of events in the present.
The results of this study: 1) Indonesian Islamic Banks distribute three types of People's Business Credit, namely Small KUR, Micro KUR, and Super Micro KUR. 2) Factors that affect non-performing financing on KUR Micro iB products at Bank Syariah Indonesia Bekasi Branch Office, namely: external factors, among others, Funds provided by the bank are not used properly and economic conditions are not good then the financing becomes substandard and credit congested. Internal factors, namely the lack of supervision from the bank 3) The method of handling non-performing financing in the KUR Mikro iB product for the Bekasi Branch Office. among others; Family Approach, Rescheduling (rescheduling), Execution (confiscation of Collateral and Religious Courts 4) Methods of handling the socio-economic impact of the covid19 pandemic Bank Syariah Indonesia Bekasi Branch Office provides a 1 (one) year suspension of credit payments for the period March 2020-March 2021 and can be extended for another year next.
