Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of human resource development on the performance and quality of service at PT. Islamic People's Financing Bank Riyal Irsyadi. One of the strategies used for the development of human resources is to conduct training. Training is an important thing that needs to be done by a company, although with different educational backgrounds, Riyal Irsyadi Syariah Bank can develop as it is today. By implementing the training program, the company expects an increase in the performance and quality of employee services. Good performance and quality of service to customers will provide benefits for Riyal Irsyadi Sharia Bank which will not only increase the economy, but also public trust in Riyal Irsyadi Sharia Bank. The research method used in this research is using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data obtained in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used are through interviews, observations, and documentation of information and explanations that are in accordance with the problems studied. In analyzing the data obtained, the author uses descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show that education at the employee level is not all college graduates, so the level of understanding of Islamic banking products is still very minimal.
