Abstract :
This study aims too determine..the effect of ownership structure, budgetary execution and firm size onnstock..returns. The methoddused in this research iss.descriptive..quantitative and has auxiliary information type in the form of company annual report. The sample to be used in this study was selected using the purposive sampling method. Hypotension testing was..carrieddout through..multiple regression analysis usinggSPSS Version 22 to test the effect between theydependent variableaand the independent variable.,Based on the data that has been tested using statistical tests, the results obtained that the Ownership Structure variable has an impact on stock returns, financial performance has no impact on stock returns, and the results of firm size affect stock returns.
