(Faculty of Islamic Education) Islamic University "45" Bekasi. (1443 H/2022 AD) There are still many teenagers who are currently still too focused on playing online games, and speak with rude and inappropriate words, and still neglect worship by delaying worship. Youth mosque is a community-oriented organization that focuses on Islamic activities and is centered on the mosque environment, the programs and activities it carries out can benefit the surrounding community so as to increase friendship and understanding of religion. This study aims to determine the role of mosque youth associations in forming worship observances, and to find out the challenges and obstacles of the Nurul Ikhlas mosque youth associations in an effort or form of mosque youth obedience with efforts such as activities organized and planned by mosque administrators. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a description and field approach. The instruments used in this research are interviews, conducted by the author, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the role of mosque youth in forming worship observances were: 1. Creating an agenda for mosque youth activities, 2. Inviting them to participate in youth activities, 3. Informing and socializing every Islamic activity. And with this program, it is expected to form and improve the quality of worship for mosque youth in every activity and the surrounding community Keywords:Role, Youth, Worship, Obedience
