Abstract :
This study aims to describe and analyze the emporwerment of work on the performance of human resources with self efficacy and job satistaction as intervening variables. The population in this research is all employees of Central Bureau of Statistic of Central java Province for 108 people (outside leadership), with the number of sampels of 89 respondents. The analysis tool is the path analysis, where previously tested the valydity and reability as well as the classical assumption test. The test results show that the empowerment of work has a positive and significant effect on self efficacy, job saticfaction and HR perpormance. Self efficay has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. The results of research also proved that self efficacy and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on HR performance. The result of the test of sobel test shows that sellf efficacy can be an intervening variabel between jo empowerment to job satisfaction an human resource performance. Job satisfaction can be an intervening variable between job emporwerment to HR perpormance. The test results also show that job satisfaction can be an intervening variable between self efficacry on HR performance, giving understanding that the higher self efficacy, the confidence in the employee?s ability is also high, so it will be able to encourage high employee satisfaction in work and it will certainly have an impact on the achievement of the resulting performance.
