IoT (Internet of Things) or the internet for everything is one of the advanced technologies that is currently developing and will become a trend in the future. This technology has the potential to have an economic impact on generating profits, which means that IoT will be part of technology development in various fields, one of which is at PT. Data Means Media.In connection with these problems, an efficient system that can support reservation activities at Utopic was identified in order to provide a service that can facilitate consumers in the reservation process. In this project, the author aimed to create a web application system for the hotel reservation system at Utopic, where the application can provide real-time data features so that the reservation process can be handled quickly and efficiently.
PT. Media Sarana Data is a company that provides services and services related to the internet and information technology. With the development of the service area, there will be more offices in the area to accommodate teams and services in each branch. The HRGA (Human Resource and General Affair) department is responsible for managing what is in the head office and branches or areas, where this task is one of the most important things as the basis for managing resources including human and company assets. Currently the HRGA department is centered in the Denpasar Bali regional office, where there are several obstacles that the HRGA (Human Resource and General Affairs) department complains about, such as the lack of facilities to be able to monitor or manage employees and assets in area offices. The purpose of this research is to create a system that can help HRGA (Human Resource and General Affairs) to be able to easily and efficiently manage resources which include people and company assets in the office area properly.
Using research and development methods to design a smart office system using a Raspberry Pi microcomputer as the main component connecting the supporting components of the Mikrotik router, Tenda accesspoint, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification), 8 channel 5V Relayboard and LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) monitor connected to the network internet so that it can implement the IoT (Internet of Things) work system with automation in it, with employees doing attendance using ID cards, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) will scan and the system will automatically turn on or turn off electronic devices and internet access according to employee data, and Attendance records will be saved and reported automatically to HRGA via mobile Telegram. HRGA can also control and monitor assets and resources through a web monitoring system.The conclusion of this research is that the system design that has been built has been able to accommodate the company's need for resource management. Facilitating HRGA (Human Resource and General Affairs) in the process of managing and monitoring employees, internet network and office facilities. The system design that has been built has been successfully tested with a success rate of up to 90%.
