Abstract :
In the growing world of education and technology, there is an urgent need to support teaching. Learning to use appropriate media can increase students' interest in following school studies. One of the most powerful media tools is ar (augmented reality) technology. It can provide an interface with the user in a way that makes the user feel as if he is interacting directly with the object inside. Therefore based on these issues, it is possible to create interactive media development in animal recognition by taking use of a german-made reality augmented with unity 5. Luther sutopo's method of propagating the application was employed. Where Luther sutopo's methodology consists of six stages: concept, design, material collection, assembly, testing and testing. The output or output from this app which the author built is also produced by a mobile augmented reality recognition app and can be played for mobile devices containing an android operating system. The conclusion of this research is overall, the response of the user's end to this application is quite good. Which in some related questions about content design, interface design and so on is good. This is proven by testing done by the author of the end user who tried this application.
