Abstract :
Police officers are students who have completed a series of police training and education at the State Police School (SPN) of the West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Police. Based on the results of field observations, the selection process for NTB students at the NTB Regional Police SPN has not been systemized dynamically. The committee in charge is still doing the ranking manually in the form of recording each student activity. Therefore the proposed solution to overcome these problems is to build a system that is able to manage officers student data with good data validity and also has the ability to recommend a list of officers students who are entitled to be placed in SPN. The method used in making the application uses the MOORA (Multi Objective Optimization On The Basic Of Ration Analysis) method. The MOORA method has a good level of selectivity, which is where this method can determine the purpose of conflicting criteria. As well as the method used for system development, namely the waterfall methodology, the stages of the method are: planning, analysis, design, and testing The results achieved are in the form of a Decision Support System (SPK) application that can facilitate the NTB Police SPN committee in ranking NTB students in order to obtain competent Polri members for placement in the NTB Polda SPN The conclusion of this research is that the Decision Support System for the placement of Police officers using the MOORA (Multi Objective Optimiztion On The Basic Of Ration Analysis) method has been successfully created. The system created has 100% validation, this is proven based on the results of the manual calculation output with the system output having no difference. In addition, based on the results of testing system functionality using the black box method.
