Abstract :
Influencer marketing is a digital marketing method in which a person or figure who has influence in the community or target consumer is intended and is felt to be a place for promotion. PT. Lombok Media Utama (Inside Lombok) is an independent media company based on social media that provides information, news and influencer marketing for online shops and local MSMEs. The problem that arises is that the number of clients who work with Inside Lombok have an average of 2000-3000 clients each year, Inside Lombok is still manual in determining the type of client, such as only looking at physical stores or based on the number of followers owned by the client. Which is not effective in determining the type of client which is divided into 3 namely: micro business, small business, and medium business. The design and manufacture of this type of client classification system uses the CRISP-DM methodology, which is a software development method consisting of 6 phases, namely business understanding, data understanding, data processing, modeling, evaluation and deployment. The result or output to be achieved is that the system can display the type of client based on the attributes that have been entered. The conclusion of this study is that the first system can display the type of client with an accuracy of 95% this can help Inside Lombok in choosing the type of client quickly and accurately.
