Abstract :
Employee recruitment is one of the routine activities carried out by a company in meeting one of its targets and achievements. Therefore, an objective, transparent and professional recruitment process must be carried out in order to fulfill human resources in accordance with the required criteria. However, this sometimes does not match expectations so the company finds it difficult to place employees as needed. The methodology used in making this website is waterfall, namely requirements definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing and operation and maintenance. In this decision support system using the fuzzy method for weighting and the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method for the final ranking results. From the problems above, the solution offered by the author is to build a decision support system in the selection process for prospective employees using the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method. The amount of raw data used in this research is 80 data from 140 data. From this data, the system calculated and obtained 35 data on the acceptance of prospective employees with an accuracy rate of 93.75%. The novelty of this system is that it uses a system that is integrated with the database, so that the data will be more secure, the ranking process will also be faster because with this system decision makers will immediately get the ranking results from the system, and in this system also uses 2 methods so that the selection results can be more accurate.
