Abstract Yardi Ahmad: Deixis Analysis on The Pink Sweat$ Song Lyric. Skripsi. Mataram: Universitas Bumigora, 2022. The goal of this study is to use George Yule's (1996) theory to examine the three forms of deixis analysis and interpret the meaning of deixis found in Pink Sweat$ song lyrics. This song was chosen as the subject of an investigation by the researcher because of the song's popularity, as well as the fact that it contained deictic. As a result, the Pink Sweat$ song lyrics be examined utilizing a pragmatics approach, particularly the theory about deixis analysis from George Yule (1996) This research was carried out by. The study was carried out utilizing a descriptive qualitative method. Furthermore, this based on their deixis research, songs were divided into three categories. The result of this research showed that the three types of deixis using George Yule (1996) theory such as person deixis, spatial deixis and temporal deixis are used in the Pink Sweat$ song lyrics. The use of personal deixis indicated the participant in this song. While, the spatial deixis indicated location. Moreover, the temporal deixis indicated the timing which is used in this song.
