Abstract :
PDAM Giri Menang Mataram is a company engaged in the distribution of clean water. PDAM Giri Menang Mataram has a dedicated IT room which is placed in hardware and network, data and program management. In order for the security of information technology at the PDAM Giri Menang Mataram company to be maintained, especially in the IT division, it is necessary to carry out an analysis to determine at any time the level of maturity of the information service. In this study the researchers conducted an information technology security analysis where this analysis used an experimental methodology, namely starting to dig up information, interviews to the stage of providing recommendations in accordance with the framework of the ITIL version 3 framework, namely the service operation domain which is a lifecycle stage that includes all daily operational management activities IT services. . The results or outputs to be achieved are at what level of maturity in information technology services at PDAM Giri Menang Mataram, then provide recommendations according to the objective control of the ITIL framework. The conclusion of this study is that the maturity level obtained from this study is the average level 3 (defined), which means that the company has formal and written standard procedures that have been socialized to alllevels of management and employees to be obeyed and done in daily activities.
