Abstract :
Development and the trade industry in Lombok continues to experience rapid progress coupled with the construction of a circuit (Motorcycle Grand Prix) Moto GP in Indonesia certainly opens interest for business people to expand their business branches on the island of Lombok. The problem that often occurs for business people from inside and outside the city is monitoring work activities, especially marketing or sales actors who are on duty in the field or outside the office so that they do not deviate from a predetermined area. The problem above as a reference for the author to make application for system monitoring the activity of buying and selling transactions and being able to monitor the location of real time sales in the field using the Google Maps API. This application is web andbased, mobile so it is easy to use anywhere as needed by using an internet connection. This application is equipped with features that can make it easier for sales to make reports via an Android cellphone so that they can use time efficiently in meeting work targets and companies can save on expenses such as paper and stationery for sales in making daily reports. The design of this application is carried out using theme thodology, waterfall which is a system development method that begins with the analysis stage, then the system design, implementation of making applications, to testing carried out on application system users. The output achieved is the production of a monitoring system application using the Google Maps Application Programming Interface (API) -based Android where the output is in the form of current location information sales, sales transaction reports, accounts receivable and payments from outlets. Based on the trials conducted, it can be concluded that this application can help business people monitor sales activities so that they work according to predetermined targets.
