Abstract :
D'MAX Hotel & Convention Lombok is one of the five-star hotels located in Central Lombok Regency which has collaborated with various clients. Cooperating with various clients, it turns out that the company also swells. Managing and managing management can be done by compiling company reports, compiling company profit estimates, as well as restrictions on companies that make credit. Unfortunately, the system currently running at the hotel has not been integrated into one database. The accounts receivable database and the database in the Front Office are separate. This has resulted in the management of receivables not being optimally coordinated. Not to mention if the Accounting staff is off, queuing for jobs is inevitable because the work field has separate databases which results in one employee not knowing each other's work. Based on the above problems, a accounts receivable information system application is made that can be a solution because it can be used by all divisions, both total bills and payments. This application is user friendly and web-based so that it is easy to use, but each division has its own access rights to differentiate its position and the need for company receivable information. With this application the need for fast, precise and accurate company reports is made very easy. In designing the system that is built, the methodology used is the waterfall where this methodology has a work order starting from Analysis, System Design, Development, Testing and Maintenance. The programming used is PHP using the php MyAdmin database. The design resulted in a Web-Based Receivables Information System at D'MAX Hotel & Convention Lombok which is expected to facilitate management in obtaining information.
