Abstract :
Every year the Training and Development Group Division holds a lot of training for employees of PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) with more than 3000 employees. In determining 20 to 30 participants for each training, the PIC on average as the person responsible for each training takes about five to seven working days. Based on these problems, a Decision Support System (DSS) was built using the Profile Matching method to help PIC determine which participants are suitable for the training to be held. The system development method used is the waterfall method which starts with the requirements analysis, system design, implementation and testing stages. The result of this system is the employee suitability rating which is then determined by the PIC participants who can take part in the training. The training history of the trainees will remain on the system and can be reused to help determine the next trainee. The Profile Matching method used is able to produce decisions that match the specified criteria. This method is very suitable for use in HR management where the necessary criteria are first determined.
