Abstract :
West Sakra is a division of Sakra Lombok Timur sub-district, with the determination of the capital city in Rensing. This village is used as the capital of the West Sakra sub-district due to historical reasons because this village has experienced the most dynamic growth when compared to other villages. In one of the hamlets located in Rensing Village, namely Peteluan, there is a strategic terminal with a busy lane traversed by motorized vehicles. Because the level of population density in Rensing Village is one of the reasons for the increasing number of vehicles there, the number of accidents and traffic violations is increasing. Accidents and violations that occur come from many negligent factors while driving. Safety Riding drivers tend to have safe, safe and correct driving methods, coupled with a positive mentality and constant vigilance. In the end, the authors found a solution that is hoped to help related parties to prevent traffic violations, namely making 3D-based animated videos that illustrate several things that should, need or should not be done while driving and other things, to help the people of Rensing Village. in understanding how to drive properly and correctly. The method used in making this animated video is the Pipeline method. The Pipeline method is divided into three stages, namely, Pre Production, Production, Post Production Based on the results of the discussion of the Safety Riding Animation Video, it can be a media of information to help writers and especially related parties when disseminating information to the community in Rensing Village, the level of conformity is obtained by the Guttman scale method, namely that respondents agree to the Safety Riding Animation Video in the Village. This rensing can be a media of information to help writers and the village office who will socialize 95% of the Rensing Village community.
