Abstract :
To get services at the Sakra Primary Health Care, East Lombok district, visitors mustregister at the counter, then queues at the specialist doctor that they need. Although the patientis a registered one, in each visit the staff makes sure whether the patient is registered or not,which makes the service at the primary health care takes a long time. From these problems,the authors tried tocreate a waiting-queue system by utilizing RFID technology withIndonesia's Electronic ID card (e-KTP). Scanning the e-KTP will provide information onvisitors to the officers so they do not need to re-record visitors every time they visit. The datacollection is only bedone for new patients, so the queue for visiting counters becomes fasterbecause one phase can be reduced in the designed queue system. The software development methodology uses the Guidelines for Rapid ApplicationEngineering (GRAPPLE) toproduce object-oriented systems without reducing the quality ofthe system built. It has five stages, namely, Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Design,Development, and Deployment. This study utilizes e-KTP to build a queue information systemthatcan make it easyfor patients to get services easily and efficiently for health workers in managing data.Information systems can be created and operated with the ESP8266 microcontroller asa circuit control center. While the RFID reader is capable of reading the RFIDcardconventional with a tolerance distance of 5 cm without barrier media, for barrier media2 mmplastic RFID reader can read at a distance of 4.5 cm. It capable read e-KTP at a distance of2.5 cm without barrier media and on plastic barrier media 2 mm thickness, it can read with atolerance distance of 2 cm so the reading distance is affectedby barrier media such as plastic,and based on the results of the questionnaire given to the staff of Puskesmas Sakra and thegeneral public, the information system isfeasible to be implemented.
