Abstract :
Technological advances that develop rapidly from time to time, provide a lot of convenience for
humans to do daily work, one of which is in the maintenance process, especially fish. often
encountered, both in urban and rural areas. To care for fish, one thing that needs to be
considered is to keep the fish diet to grow well. Automation can be used to help do routine work
because it can run continuously without knowing the time. Knowing the timing of feeding is an
important part of the maintenance process. One of the technologies that can make it easier for
someone to do fish maintenance, especially in feeding, is implementing an automatic feeding
system that can be monitored and is included in the concept of Internet of Things (IoT)
technology. Internet of Things or often called IoT. IoT is an idea where all objects in the real
world can communicate with one another as part of an integrated system using the internet
network as a link. This research produces an automatic feeding system based on internet of
things using NodeMCU which is integrated with Telegram and of course uses fish as objects.
The conclusion of this research is the implementation of an automatic feeding system based on
the internet of things using NodeMCU which is integrated with Telegram which can certainly
help the community in caring for their pet fish, especially carrying out the feeding process. This
system can also feed automatically using the Real Time Clock (RTC) as a tool to determine
feeding time and can be monitored / monitored using the Telegram application.
