Abstract :
Providing rewards in the form of incentives to employees is very reasonable by reviewing employee performance. Several things must be seen from presenting incentives to employees because several things such as offering incentives that are not right on target often become a problem. The problem of providing incentives that are not well targeted often occurs because they still use a manual and subjective system of incentives. To minimize the existing problems, we need a system in which the system will apply a calculation method using the profile matching method.The system that uses the calculation of the Profile Matching Method is based on data at PT. TELKOM MATARAM. The Mathematical Process Profile is carried out to determine employees in providing incentives based on 4 aspects, namely Modem Installation, Work Attitudes, Work Behavior and Work Period. The results of the selection process are in the form of a final score for sales and technicians who are suitable for incentives.The conclusion of this research is the making of an application that can assist in determining which employees are entitled to receive incentives based on the criteria determined by PT.TELKOM MATARAM, so that the process becomes faster and more accurate.
