Abstract :
The need for a decent house to live in is increasing day by day, but it is not accompanied by an increase in the standard of living of the underprivileged so that it requires them to stay in a house that is not suitable for occupancy. In the village of Mamben Baru, there is an Uninhabitable House assistance program whose funds are allocated from village funds as a form of the village government to improve the welfare of the poor. In this program, the determination of beneficiaries is still based on manual calculations carried out by the Village Consultative Body (BPD). So that the risk of miscalculation and nepotism can still occur so that the priority assistance to families who cannot afford it is feared that it is not right on target. From the problems above, the solution offered by the author is to build a decision support system by applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process and Simple Additive Weighting Methods to determine the recipients of the Uninhabitable House assistance program in the village fund program in Mamben Baru Village. This study resulted in a recommendation system for prospective recipients of RTLH assistance by applying the AHP and SAW methods. The number of data on prospective recipients used in this study was 61 data on prospective recipients. From this data, the system calculated and obtained 10 data on the recipients of RTLH assistance.
