Abstract :
ABSTRACT Public service is a form of service provided bureaucracy/government to the community. Implementation of public services intended to meet the needs in accordance with the wishes and expectations of society. UPTB-UPPD Samsat Gerung Lombok West, which is one of the government agencies in charge of provide public services in the form of goods and services directly to society. To support its operations, the UPTB-UPPD Samsat Gerung West Lombok has utilized a computer network. The reliability and quality of a network is largely determined from the extent where the network is maintained and maintained by the administrator. One of the ways by using network monitoring using PRTG. This study aims to design a network monitoring system using PRTG at the UPTB-UPPD Samsat Gerung Lombok office West. The design of this monitoring system uses the NDLC method. Designing a monitoring network system using PRTG in the office UPTB-UPPD Samsat Gerung West Lombok has been successfully built. With This monitoring system network administrator can monitor ping, CPU load, Disk free, memory, dan traffic.
