Abstract :
Gilimas Terminal Lembar Harbor stands on an area of 25 hectares in West Lombok Regency, which will become one of the largest ports in eastern Indonesia (KTI). The development process began in July 2018, which was carried out in stages until 2025 and has started carrying out operational trials since 5 November 2019. The management of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) plans to have 5 stages of physical development at the Gilimas Terminal of Lembar Harbor until 2025. Currently, development has been carried out in 3 areas of the Gilimas terminal location, namely the passenger terminal, shipping office and gate terminal. In the passenger terminal area, there are additional computer equipment and CCTV installations outside the passenger terminal area to support the smooth running of activities at the passenger terminal and its surroundings. And 2 location areas, namely the shipping office and gate terminal, require an internet network connection because in these 2 locations there is no internet network connection to support operational activities. Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method can develop the topology in the Gilimas Terminal of Lembar Harbor to develop network connections in the development area of 2 locations, namely, the shipping office and the gate terminal. The implementation of OSPF and BGP protocols, DHCP, ACL, NAT, VLAN and VTP can accommodate network configuration needs in the Gilimas Port Lembar Terminal area. The conclusion of this study is that the network design that has been built has accommodated the needs of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III's network expansion at the Gilimas Terminal Branch of Lembar Harbor. facilitates the interconnection of 3 locations, namely the Passenger Terminal, Shipping Office and Port Gate, as well as connections to the Internet and to the head office network via VPN. that has been built has been successfully simulated using a cisco packet tracer.
