Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsep diri terhadap perilaku konsumtif pada mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 372 responden mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Jakarta menggunakan teknik incidental sampling. Uji analisis statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian ini adalah uji analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai F hitung = 22,767 dan nilai p = 0,00, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara konsep diri terhadap perilaku konsumtif pada mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai koefesien determinan (R square) = 0,058 artinya pengaruh konsep diri sebesar 5,8% terhadap perilaku konsumtif pada mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Kata Kunci: Konsep Diri, Perilaku Konsumtif, Mahasiswa The goal in this research is to examine the impact of self-concept in consumptive behavior of Jakarta State University Students. The research is conducted in quantitative approach. the data were collected through questionnaires to 372 student respondents at Jakarta State University using incidental sampling techniques. The statistical analysis that used to test the hypothesis of this research is simple linear regression. The result showed that F value = 22,767 and p value = 0,00, that means there is a significant impact of self-concept in consumptive behavior of Jakarta State University Students. The result showed the value of determinant coefficient (R square) = 0,058, that means the impact of self-concept is 5,8% with consumptive behavior of Jakarta State University Students.
