Abstract :
Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kohesivitas terhadap social loafing pada pengurus organisasi mahasiswa. Penelitian dilakukan kepada mahasiswa yang menjabat sebagai pengurus organisasi mahasiswa dan organisasi pemerintahan mahasiswa tahun 2020 sebanyak 152 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil adaptasi dari instrumen Group Environment Questionnaire (GEQ) yang terdiri dari 12 item dan instrumen social loafing yang terdiri dari 11 item. Analisis data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Teknik regresi linier dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil data penelitian menunjukan nilai F sebesar 1,6 dan nilai F tabel sesar 3,9 yang berarti bahwa Ho dalam penelitian gagal ditolak. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapat pengaruh variabel kohesivitas terhadap social loafing pada pengurus organisasi mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The study was conducted on 152 students serving as administrators of student organizations and student government organizations in 2020. The measuring instrument used in this study is the adaptation of the Group Environment Questionnaire (GEQ) instrument consisting of 12 items and social loafing instrumens consisting of 11 items. Data analysis was performed using linear regression techniques with the help of SPSS applications. The results of the research data show an F value of 1.6 and a F tabel value of a fault of 3.9 which means that Ho in the study failed to reject. The conclusion of this study is that there is no influence of cohesiveness variabel on social loafing on the student body management of Universitas Negeri Jakarta.
