Abstract :
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran peak performance dan mental toughness pada atlet futsal dalam KOP Sepak Bola dan Futsal UNJ. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 72 atlet futsal putra dalam KOP Futsal dan Sepak Bola UNJ yang memiliki pengalaman mengikuti kompetisi futsal. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner daring. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala mental toughness dengan 21 item dan skala peak performance dengan 36 item. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mental toughness yang dimiliki seluruh atlet futsal (100,0%) dalam KOP Sepak Bola dan Futsal UNJ termasuk dalam kategori yang tinggi, sementara untuk peak performance, mayoritas atlet futsal (95,8%) termasuk dalam kategori peak performance yang tinggi. This study used quantitative descriptive methods. Subjects in this study were 72 futsal athletes of KOP Sepak Bola dan Futsal UNJ using purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through online questionnaire. The instrument used in this study was the mental toughness scale with 21 items and peak performance scale with 36 items. The results of this study show that the mental toughness of all futsal athletes (100.0%) in the KOP Sepak Bola dan Futsal UNJ was in the high category, while for peak performance, the majority of futsal athletes (95.8%) were included in the high category.
