Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran stres pengasuhan pada ibu bekerja di tengah pandemi COVID-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, terdapat 137 ibu bekerja sebagai partisipan penelitian. Stres pengasuhan diukur dengan menggunakan Parental Stress Scale (PSS) yang dikembangkan oleh Berry & Jones (1995). Hasil penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapat, terdapat 137 ibu bekerja yang memiliki stres pengasuhan pada kategori rendah dan tidak terdapat ibu bekerja dengan kategori stres pengasuhan yang tinggi di tengah pandemi COVID-19. This study aims to look at the parental stress in working mothers amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. In this study, there were 137 working mothers as research participants. Parental stress is measured with the Parental Stress Scale (PSS) developed by Berry & Jones (1995). The results of the study were analyzed descriptively using the assistance of SPSS version 25. Based on the results obtained, there were 137 working mothers who had parental stress in the low category and there were no working mothers with high parental stress category in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic.
