Abstract :
PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL DAN EFIKASI DIRI TERHADAP KOMITMEN NORMATIF GURU SMP ISLAM AL AZHAR SE-KOTA BEKASI RIANI WINDRIANINGRUM ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal dan efikasi diri terhadap komitmen normatif guru di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Islam Al Azhar Se-Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik analisis jalur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 150 guru. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 109 guru dengan menggunakan teknik acak sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil data analisis penelitian ini menyimpulkan : (1) Komunikasi Interpersonal memiliki pengaruh langsung positif terhadap Komitmen Normatif; (2) Efikasi Diri memiliki pengaruh langsung positif terhadap Komitmen Normatif; (3) Komunikasi Interpersonal memiliki pengaruh langsung positif terhadap Efikasi Diri. Komitmen Normatif dapat ditingkatkan dengan meningkatkan Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Efikasi Diri. Kata Kunci : Efikasi Diri, Komitmen Normatif, Komunikasi Interpersonal THE EFFECT OF INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION AND SELF EFFICACY TOWARD TEACHER?S NORMATIVE COMMITMENT AL AZHAR JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL BEKASI CITY RIANI WINDRIANINGRUM ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know the effect of interpersonal communication and self efficacy toward teacher?s normative commitment junior high school Bekasi city. The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 150 teachers. Research samples selected as much as 109 teachers using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) the Interpersonal communication have positive direct effect to Normative Commitment; (2) the self efficacy have positive direct effect to Normative Commitment; (3) the Interpersonal communication have positive direct effect to self efficacy. The Normative Commitment can be improved through improvement of Interpersonal communication and self efficacy. Keywords: Interpersonal communication, Normative Commitment, and self efficacy
