The athlete?s peak performance who excel at the PON 2020 in Papua and the Olympics can awaken a sense of national pride. The Government of DKI Jakarta, especially the Youth and Sports Agency, has carried out various programs related to sports development. The Sustainable Achievement Sports Development Program (POPB) is carried out by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Youth and Sports Agency in collaboration with the UNJ Faculty of Sports Sciences. In order to prepare prospective athletes of DKI Jakarta to excel at national and international levels in the future. This study aims to determine and provide information about the interaction model effect between of education and training (Diklat) and adversity quotient to the athletes peak performance. The method used in this study is the quantitative with 2x2 factorial design. The total sample of 120 athletes fostered by the Department of Youth and Sports in DKI Jakarta Province using random sampling technique. Data were analyzed using two ANOVA paths and t-test. This study aims to determine and provide information about there are differences of education and training (Diklat) and adversity quotient toward athletes peak performance; there are differences in athletes peak performance between who have high adversity quotient and low adversity quotient; for athletes who have high adversity quotient, athletes peak performance is more positive if they take intensive education and training (Diklat) rather than non-intensive; for athletes who have adversity quotient, athletes peak performance is more positive when attending education and training (Diklat) is not intensive compared to intensive; there is an interaction model effect between of education and training (Diklat) and adversity quotient toward athletes peak performance. To improve athletes peak performance, it is necessary to consider factors such as education and training (Diklat) and adversity quotient. Kinerja puncak atlet yang berprestasi pada PON 2020 dan Olympiade dapat membangkitkan rasa kebanggan nasional. Pemerintah DKI Jakarta khususnya Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga telah banyak melakukan berbagai program yang berkaitan dengan pembinaan keolahragaan. Program Pembinaan Olahraga Prestasi Berkelanjutan (POPB) dilaksanakan oleh Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Provinsi DKI Jakarta bekerjasama dengan UNJ Fakultas Ilmu Olahraga. dalam rangka menyiapkan calon atlet DKI Jakarta berprestasi di tingkat nasional dan internasional di masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memberikan informasi mengenai model interaksi antara pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) dan daya juang terhadap kinerja puncak atlet. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan 2x2 factorial design. Total sampel berjumlah 120 atlet binaan Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Provinsi DKI Jakarta dengan teknik random sampling (sampel acak). Data di analisis dengan menggunakan dua jalur anova dan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: terdapat perbedaan kinerja puncak (peak performance) antara atlet yang mengikuti pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) intensif dengan tidak intensif; terdapat perbedaan kinerja puncak (peak performance) antara atlet yang memiliki daya juang tinggi dengan daya juang rendah; bagi atlet yang memiliki daya juang tinggi, kinerja puncak (peak performance) lebih positif bila mengikuti pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) intensif dibanding tidak intensif; bagi atlet yang memiliki daya juang rendah, kinerja puncak (peak performance) lebih positif bila mengikuti pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) tidak intensif dibanding intensif; terdapat interaksi pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) dan daya juang terhadap kinerja puncak (peak perform
