Abstract :
A bank is a business entity that collects funds from the public in the form of savings
and distributes it to the public in the form of credit and or other forms in order to
improve the standard of living of the people at large.
The profile of BRI Bank as the best bank makes customers more confident in these
quality servants. Bank BRI has various strategies to improve the quality and service to
its customers. The profile of BRI Bank since 1992 which has become the property of
the Indonesian government, then developed various products that are still used with
more modern innovations. Bank BRI makes it easy for its customers by disbursing
funds to them, namely the middle to lower class people are given loans with easy terms
and low interest rates, different from others BRI Bank provides convenience and
provides services to the wider community
