Abstract :
This research aims at describing the teaching English Processat SMTK Imanuel Tentena.This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The researchis conductedat SMTK ImanuelTentena. The research subject is two English teacher and two classs of English, namely English classand English Clinic class. This research uses theory from Brown and Green (2016) the essentials of instructional design connecting fundamental principles with process and practice.
The data is collected through observation, interview, and documentation. A data analysis technique uses data reduction, data display, and conclusion draw/verification.The results of the research shows that the JT teacher at English classand PP teacherat English Clinic class are not fully followed the instructions contained in the lesson plan that has been designed.
