Abstract :
SUMMARY This research was conducted on agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect financial performance by using company size, leverage, liquidity, and sales growth. The research method used in this research is Panel Data Regression Analysis. The results of hypothesis testing show that: (1) Firm size has a positive effect on financial performance (2) Leverage has a positive effect on financial performance (3) Liquidity has a positive effect on financial performance (4) Sales growth has an effect on financial performance. The implication of this research is that company management needs to monitor and control changes in the value of Company Size, Leverage, Liquidity, and Sales Growth with the aim of making bank decisions and policies so that it has an impact on efficient and better company performance.
