Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division III Palembang. The population in the study was 120 employees, the sample in this study used the Slovin formula random sampling method that is 55 respondents. Data collection techniques used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 55 respondents. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that Work Discipline has a significant effect on the Employee Performance of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division III Palembang. For Discipline and Performance to continue to conduct evaluations to improve performance in the form of initiatives in work and can do work without the help of others so that they can continue to optimize performance and achieve the goals of the company.
