Abstract :
This research aims to knowing and analyze the effect of motivation on employee work discipline at Palembang Sport & Convention Center (PSCC). The PSCC population numbered 35 respondents taken by census of the entire population of 35 people. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple regression analysis methods as technical data analysis. The results showed that the motivation had a significant effect on employee work discipline at Palembang Sport & Convention Center (PSCC). In order for motivation and work discipline to be better the author suggests that it can continue to increase motivation to employees through the needs of actualization and physiological rewards that aim to motivate employees to be motivated at work.
