Abstract :
This thesis was have entitled with the name “PolaHubunganKerjaPada Usaha AyamPotong di PasarIndralayaâ€, This thesis will explain to you how the pattern of employment relationship in the chicken business in the Indralaya Market and also inform you about the distribution of the chicken from PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia until the consument got that chicken in the Indralaya Market. This thesis is used the social interaction theory and the Qualitative method that which is the method can gain the quality of data from the research process. This thesis have 6 informan that was interviewed by researcher. There are 1 manager from PT Japfacomfeed Indonesia, 1 chicken breeder, 1 collector seller, and 3 chicken seller in Indralaya Market. The result of this research that in the pattern of employment relationship there are 2 pattern, the first pattern is the pattern of employment relationship based business interests and the second the pattern of employment relationship based on family bond. From the pattern of employment relationship based business interests, the relation between PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia and chicken breeder are the chicken breeder has not only filled the from PT Japfa but also filled the with the chicken from PT Malindo. The relation between chicken breeder and collector seller is, the collector seller wasn’t only had take the chicken from 1 chicken breeder, but also taking the chicken from many chicken breeder that would be already to harvested. The chicken picking mechanism in this relation is delivery order, delivery order in this relation is collector seller order the chicken to broker and then the broker will report the order from him to the company, the broker will inform the chicken breeder about the order and also with plat number of the car which used by collector subordinates. The relation between chicken breeder with the seller, is the seller take the chicken immediately to the chicken breeder cage.From the pattern of employment relationship based on family bond, the relation of collector seller with two seller in Indralaya Market, is collector seller are still the uncle of two seller in there.
