Abstract :
This research aims to discover the effect of rewards and punishments on employee motivation at PT Hashimoto Engineering Indonesia. The population in this research were all employees at PT Hashimoto Engineering Indonesia totaling 50 respondents. The sample used in this study amounted to 50 respondents. In this study, researchers used sampling by saturated sampling. The data collection method used in this study was obtained from interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was concluded that rewards and punishments had a positive and significant effect on employee motivation at PT Hashimoto Engineering Indonesia.
