Abstract :
This research was aimed to analyze fundamental and technical stock price movements in the index LQ 45. The variables used in this research are ROE, EPS, PER and Trend as independent variables. While the company's stock price as a dependent variable. Population of this research were companies that listed in LQ 45 index and Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2015-2017. Data were collected by using purposive sampling method. Total data analyzed were 99. The statistical method was linier regression analysis, with hypotheses testing of statistic t-tests, statistic F-tests, and coefficient of determination. The result of this research showed that ROE, EPS and PER has significant effect on stock price. Whereas trend significantly influence stock price. Simultaneous test result also showed that independent variables simultaneously influence the company stock price.
