Abstract :
The objectives of this research were: (1) calculated and analyzed the cost price of Swamp Land Rice farmers who are members of farmer groups and non members of farmer groups in Awal Terusan Village, District of Sirah Pulau Padang, Ogan Komering Ilir regency, (2) analyzed the factors that affect the cost price of Swamp Land Rice for farmers who are members of farmer groups and non members of farmers groups in AwalTerusan village, District of Sirah Pulau Padang, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, (3) analyzed the difference of income farmers on Swamp Land Rice who are members of farmer groups and non members of farmer groups invillage of Awal Terusan, District of Sirah Pulau Padang, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research has been conducted in Awal Terusan Village, District of Sirah Pulau Padang, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. Site selection was done purposively (purposive sampling). Implementation of data retrieval research conducted in March 2018. The results showedthat the price of swamp land rice mathematically on member of the farmer groups was IDR 1.698,89 while the non member of farmer groups was IDR 2,039.22. Statistically, there is no difference in cost price of rice between member of farmer groups and nonmember of farmer groups. Factors that significantly influence the cost of farmers in member of farmer groups were the area of land and labor costs, and the factors that have significant effect on the cost of non member of farmer groups was the land area. Rice farmer income on member of farmer groups member was IDR 8.177.171,31,99 per hectare per year while non member of farmer groups was IDR 6.974.639,14 per hectare per year. Statistically, there is no difference significantly between farmer income of member of farmer groups and non member of farmer groups.
