Abstract :
This study aims to study and test the performance of sprinkler as automatic garden sprinkler using solar panels. The method used in this research is the experimental method by presenting the research results descriptively in the form
of tables and graphs. This research method also consists of several stages, namely: literature study, observation, tool design, preparation of tools and materials, as well as tool assembly, tool testing and making report. Each parameter is repeated 3 times
The results showed that using a 100 Wp solar panel for the battery charging process takes 4 hours and the power generated to turn on the pump is 26.27 W which can release 5.46 L/m of water in one watering, activating the sprinkler
system, sprinkler was set by turning on set point for 5 minuts in for morning and 5 minuts in for evening using battery Maxotrom 120 V/20 Ah and is enough to irrigate an area of 4,29 m² for 44 times.
