Abstract :
PT. Kejora Inti Mas is a company that distributes construction materials. The
company carries out conventional business processes, which cause limited
interaction between the company and its customers and a limited target market.
Therefore, companies need a website that implements a customer relationship
management (CRM) strategy in an effort to build good relationships with
customers, expand target markets, and increase competitiveness. Implementation
of the CRM strategy at PT. Kejora Inti Mas includes implementing Search Engine
Optimization (SEO), testimonials, rewards, subscribers, live chat, recommending
products, direct integration with WhatsApp chats, email order statuses, and
determining shipping costs. System development is carried out using the Rapid
Application Development (RAD) method, which has three stages: requirements
planning, system design, and implementation.
